MOBILE OPTIMIZATION: Layouts, spacing, and interactions will be intentionally restructured for smaller screens. We'll make sure your website works beautifully where most users actually view it.

Process Overview

Every great website starts with a clear, thoughtful process. This 10-day journey is designed to stay focused, organized, and easy to follow.

Week 1: STRATEGY & DESIGN (days 1-5)
We’ll focus on clarity and direction — reviewing the existing site, refining structure and flow, and defining a clear, conversion-led design approach for the homepage and services page.

Week 2: FEEDBACK & LAUNCH (days 6-10)
Design updates are implemented, refined through feedback, optimised for mobile and speed, and polished for a smooth, confident launch.

Your 2-week client calendar is designed to guide you through each day, helping you stay on track and giving you insight into what’s happening at every stage of your project.

MONDAY: Your Red Carpet Entance (Day 1)

We start with onboarding and alignment. You’ll receive a simple client onboarding form that walks you through everything needed to get started, including granting contributor access to your Showit account.

The form also includes a website strategy section with questions around your branding and marketing goals. While it may be tempting to jump straight into design, this step ensures every decision is aligned with your brand direction and growth objectives from the start.

TUESDAY: Defining the Visual Story (Day 2)

Using your existing website copy as our foundation, I’ll propose a refined visual brand guide that goes beyond fonts, colors, and illustrations.

You’ll receive a concise 3-page brand bible that explains the strategy behind the visual choices — how typography, color, and illustration work together to support your positioning, messaging, and marketing goals. This ensures the redesign isn’t just cohesive visually, but intentional and aligned with how you want the brand to be perceived.
