We start with onboarding and alignment. You’ll receive a simple client onboarding form that walks you through everything needed to get started, including granting contributor access to your Showit account.
The form also includes a website strategy section with questions around your branding and marketing goals. While it may be tempting to jump straight into design, this step ensures every decision is aligned with your brand direction and growth objectives from the start.
Using your existing website copy as our foundation, I’ll propose a refined visual brand guide that goes beyond fonts, colors, and illustrations.
You’ll receive a concise 3-page brand bible that explains the strategy behind the visual choices — how typography, color, and illustration work together to support your positioning, messaging, and marketing goals. This ensures the redesign isn’t just cohesive visually, but intentional and aligned with how you want the brand to be perceived.
The homepage layout draft is developed using the approved (or initial) visual guidelines, focusing on structure, hierarchy, and flow. Once shared, you’re welcome to review and send feedback asynchronously.
If you prefer to walk through your thoughts live, you can also request a video call. Most clients find written feedback works perfectly, but the option is always there if you’d like it.
